ROCKSTAR’S fiercely awaited GTA sequel is still on course for a 2025 release. Parent company Take-Two stated they will stick to their previously promised Fall release for Grand Theft Auto 6.

Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick broke his silence on GTA 6’s Fall 2025 release window, explaining why they haven’t locked in a specific date.

Reporting its third quarter ending December 31, 2024 financial results, the Rockstar owner listed GTA 6 for fall 2025 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S. It means that for now at least, GTA 6 is still on track for its previously announced release window and has not been delayed.
