Two men accused by GOP Rep. Nancy Mace of being predators are pushing back. Attorneys for Eric Musgrave sent a cease and desist letter to the congresswoman.

Nancy Mace (R-S.C.) is facing a defamation lawsuit filed by one of the four men she has publicly accused of sexual abuse in a floor speech, in a case that could test the legal protections members of Congress have for their official conduct.

Brian Musgrave, one of the four men Mace accused of filming acts of sexual assault in a House floor speech last month, sued Mace for libel and defamation in federal court.
