He took off just inside the paint and soared upwards over Thunder center Chet Holmgren to throw down a thunderous dunk.

The NBA handed down a $75,000 fine after he delivered a rant punctuated with expletives aimed at the refs in December, then was penalized $50,000 for making an obscene gesture at an official in January.
