On March 11, the Sunshine Ladies held its monthly meeting at Murphy's Seafood Restaurant, in Hammond, where club members installed new officers.

Annie Louise Barlow, who served patrons of the old Haussner’s restaurant for 43 years, died of heart failure Monday at the Maryland Masonic Home in Hunt Valley. She was 103.
