Domino’s Pizza has announced that they are going to be closing more 200 locations across the globe. The locations are referred to as “loss locations” by the company and will subsequently be eliminated.

More than 200 Domino’s locations around the world will close in the coming months as an international franchisee looks to cut costs and increase profits, according to Forbes Australia. Domino’s Pizza Enterprises announced the planned closures last week, saying the move will generate an estimated A$15.5 million ($9.4M U.S.) in savings annually.

The largest Domino’s Pizza franchisee in the world is closing about 205 restaurants. Domino’s Pizza Enterprises announced it is shuttering 172 stores in Japan this spring because they are unprofitable, according to QSR, a restaurant industry publication.
