Sixty passengers and four crew members from the plane and three Black Hawk helicopter personnel were killed, and a recovery mission is underway.

The third soldier who was inside the Black Hawk helicopter conducting a training mission when it collided with an American Airlines jet over Washington, D.C. Wednesday has been identified.
