Duke coach Jon Scheyer said Thursday that x-rays on Cooper Flagg came back negative after the Blue Devils' superstar freshman left the team's ACC Tournament quarterfinal game against Georgia Tech with a sprained ankle.

Duke freshman Cooper Flagg appeared to injure his left ankle after slipping under the basket and was helped to the locker room by two teammates late in the first half.

The latest chapter in college basketball's most storied rivalry will take center stage at the ACC Tournament on Friday, as the North Carolina Tar Heels face the Duke Blue Devils at Spectrum Center in Uptown Charlotte.
